Our guests today are Carolyn Logue, co-chair of the Yes on I-920 campaign, and Sandeep Kaushik, spokesman for the No on 920 campaign. The initiative seeks to repeal the state tax on estates valued greater than $2 million. The Legislature approved that tax in 2005 to replace a form of the estate-tax struck down by the state Supreme Court.
