Typically we shun the bumbershoots the same way someone from Minnesota shuns the coat as long as it’s above zero. But heavy rains expected this weekend from a “Pineapple Express” storm will make even the most Teflon-coated Northwesterner feel wet. Urban and river flooding also a concern this weekend.
